Implementation

Escrow4all initiates all phases and keeps you informed on our actions and results. Safe and secure - we will monitor the status of the escrow arrangement professionally and accurately while you focus on your daily business.

5. Record

Every escrow arrangement starts with an escrow contract. All issues - expected and unexpected - should be documented in a transparent manner. As independent party Escrow4all represents the interests of all parties.

• Registration and confirmation of escrow arrangement (Escrow4all)

6. Deposit

Request (initial) escrow deposit. Inline with the standard terms a deposit should arrive within 20 workdays (or a different timetable depending on the contract). We will keep all parties informed on the status of such requests.

7. Executing verifications

Escrow4all executes a basic verification on all deposits and keeps parties informed on the results. Should you have selected an extended verification we will take the initiative to execute it inline with what parties agreed upon - all governed by a project plan.

8. Updates

In order for the deposit and therefore the quality of the escrow arrangement to stay on track Escrow4all will initiate requests for new material (replacements or add-ons) and consequent verifications - inline with the update frequency agreed upon.
