Deposit release

Like all other forms of damage insurance, think of your building insurance at home, you rather not have to use the release procedure of an escrow contract. However, should it become necessary our Protocol of Release procedure is initiated. We will adhere strictly to the articles of the escrow contract so the interests of all parties are served.

• All communication is documented
• In case of bankruptcy curator is informed on the proceedings (note: we do not ask for permission - we only inform)
• The beneficiary confirms on receipt of the released material once more the restrictions of use of the material as agreed upon in the escrow contract.
