How can I add new beneficiaries?

Hello, welcome to this instructional video about the new feature in the Escrow4all portal.
My name is Bram van den Berg and I work at Escrow4all as a Customer Support representative.

With the new feature in the portal, you can register new beneficiaries quickly and easily.
In this video, I will explain how this works.

First, log in via portal.escrow4all.com using your personal username and password.
If you no longer remember your password, you can easily request a new one via helpdesk@escrow4all.com.

Once you are logged into the portal, go to the Escrow Arrangements section.
On the right-hand side, you will find the green button Register New Beneficiary.
When you click this, the following screen will appear.

To register a new beneficiary, all fields must be completed.
Start by entering the beneficiary’s name and address details.
Then fill in the contact details of the contact person.

Next, select the escrow arrangement and the product for which the beneficiary should become active.

Finally, indicate that the beneficiary wishes to participate in the master agreement and is aware of the applicable terms and conditions.
After agreeing, you can submit the registration.

We will review the registration as soon as possible.
After written confirmation from Escrow4all, the registration will be complete.
